God evaluates our service primarily by the motives of our hearts, not the visibility of our actions—He looks on the heart before He measures the hand. Service driven by self-glory or human approval is “wood, hay, and stubble” that will not endure Christ’s testing fire, but service flowing from love and God’s glory is “gold, silver, and precious stones” that will remain.
